Access & Delivery Information

At SmartCuddles, all of our products are digital downloads. This means you will not receive any physical product by mail. Instead, your purchased files will be available for instant access after payment. Please review the details below on how delivery works.


1. Instant Access

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive a download link on the checkout confirmation page.

  • You will also receive an order confirmation email containing a link to download your files.

  • All downloads are provided in standard file formats (usually PDF), which can be opened with free software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.


2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery is instant. Most customers will receive their files within a few minutes of purchase.

  • In rare cases (e.g., payment processing delays, email filtering), it may take up to one hour for your download link to appear in your inbox.


3. If You Don’t Receive Your Files

If you do not see your order email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

  3. If you still haven’t received your files within 1 hour, please contact us at hello@smartcuddles.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link.


4. File Access & Limits

  • Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to the digital files.

  • You may download the files multiple times for your own household or classroom use.

  • Files must not be shared, resold, or redistributed. (See our Terms of Service for full licensing details.)


5. Lost Downloads

If you lose your files due to a device issue or accidental deletion, don’t worry — we’re happy to resend your digital product upon request. Simply email us with your order details.


6. Technical Support

  • Our products are delivered in high-quality PDF or image formats.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software or hardware to use them (e.g., PDF reader, printer).

  • If you encounter technical problems opening or printing your files, contact us and we’ll guide you.


7. Refunds & Delivery Issues

  • Because delivery is digital and instant, all sales are final.

  • However, if you receive a corrupted file, the wrong file, or experience a technical issue that prevents access, we will gladly replace the file at no extra cost.
