Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at SmartCuddles! We want you to be happy with every purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, there are some important things to know about refunds and exchanges.


1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All of our products are instant digital downloads. Once your payment is processed, you immediately gain access to your files.
👉 For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.


2. Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy

We may issue a replacement file or refund only in limited cases, including:

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once (duplicate purchase).

  • You received the wrong file or a corrupted/incomplete file.

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing you from accessing your files, and we are unable to resolve it.

In these cases, please contact us at hello@smartcuddles.com within 7 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the problem.


3. Lost Downloads

If you lose access to your files for any reason (e.g., device crash or deleted email), don’t worry! Simply email us with your order details, and we’ll resend your download link at no extra charge.


4. No Refunds for the Following

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You purchased by mistake but already downloaded the file.

  • You do not have the necessary software, app, or printer to use the files.

  • You misunderstood the product description or assumed features that were not included.

Please always read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
